Mashgichim in Yeshivos in Eretz Yisroel are trying to re-start the program implemented many years ago by the Manchester Rosh Yeshiva, zt'l
The Rosh Yeshiva, zt'l ,Hagaon hatzadik Harav Segal, encouraged yeshivos to establish a Seder of learning hilchos Loshon Hora.
Some even started giving out stipends to those who were subsequently tested on those halachos.
What a beautiful world it would be if Loshon Horo was eliminated.
